Our team of service engineers is based in all major cities around Australia allowing them to get to you within hours of you logging your support call. All repairs are carried out by the manufactures own technicians that are fully trained in all the copiers and software.
How does this help you, not only does it mean that if a problem does happen, it will be fixed quickly and hassle-free, but also, it means that you can get any little issues fixed before they become big issues meaning less downtime and money lost.
Included Print Plans
We include the costs for printing pages within your print plan. This includes the cost of toner and replacement, drum wear and tear, and gives you everything you need to keep your printer running.
When your toner starts to run low, your printer will automatically place an order for some new toner and it will be delivered to your office door with the minimum effort from you. All included in your monthly costs!
*We have built these printer plans around the approximate print volumes recommended by the manufacturer. Our rental and page rates are based on these recommended volumes. If your actual volumes frequently exceed these, then we may need to increase your rental and/or page rates to compensate for these additional costs. Note: 1x A3 page is counted as 2x A4 pages.
