The total price of our printer/ plans include both the hardware and a prescribed number of “included” mono & colour pages per month.

If you print more than that number of “included pages” in a month, then you will be invoiced separately for those excess pages at the agreed “excess page rate”.You can find out these rates here: Excess Page Rates

Our pricing is calculated based on the manufacturer's recommended average monthly usage. If you regularly print more than the recommended averages, then we reserve the right to increase the page rates to cover our higher-than-expected costs. We will discuss this with you if it becomes an issue.

We are generally able to cover areas within 50km of the following cities:

First, you complete our simple order process on our website. 
We will then process your order and refer your application for finance. As soon as we have a result, we will send you through your finance contact and decision to sign. 

Our finance providers have their own criteria for being able to agree to a financial agreement. 

Should you not be eligible for this, we will let you know and provide alternative solutions for your new printer and plan.

We will be in touch close to the end of your contract to let you know your options and costs. 
Some of the options available could be: 

• We can supply you with a new machine
• You can return the machine
• You can roll the contract into a month-by-month contract 

Our standard rental agreements are for a fixed period of 60 months at a fixed monthly rental, by direct debit.

Technical support is provided by Kyocera engineers based within all the major cities we can supply printers to. 

Engineer support time is 8 hours in SLA but in practical terms we generally see 2-4 hours for onsite resolution.
